What should I do if I experience any difficulty in placing my order or making payment on line?

Simply call our sales office on 0161 976 3696 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

What if a wine or listed vintage is no longer available?
|
|
Supplies of wines and vintages do eventaully become exhausted. If a particular vintage is no longer available the next available vintage will be despatched. If a wine is no longer available we will first contact you to recommend a replacement wine.

My delivery address is not within mainland UK, can you still deliver my order?
|
|
Our normal delivery zone is with the mainland UK. Should you require delivery any other area or country please contact us and we would be pleased to quote for delivery where possible.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We require contact details so we can contact you if there are any problems with your order or to respond to any queries. We recognise the importance of keeping your details completely confidential and never pass on or sell your information to anyone else, unless you have given express permission for this.
