Do you sell to the general public?
Whilst we are specialist suppliers to restaurants and bars we are able to sell wines privately to the general public. As wholesalers all orders have to be for a minimum of 12 bottles (12 x 75cl bottles or 9 litres) of wine, this can be a mixed case. For more information on how to order please visit the cellar door. As a trade customer how do I go about opening a new account?
Please call our office on 0161 976 3696 or email email@example.com and we will then ask a dedicated account manager who covers your area to contact you directly and find out more about your exact requirements.
Can I collect wine from your warehouse?
Yes, orders can be collected from our warehouse in Timperley. All orders should be placed in advance with our sales order desk so we can have your order ready to be collected, arriving unannounced to collect or place and collect orders may result in a significant wait. Who do you supply?
We supply many on trade clients though out the UK. You may find our wines in Restaurants, bars, hotels and some independent specialists.
What do you sell?
We specialise in Wines which we import directly from producers around the world as well as Champagne, Prosecco, Gin, Port and some other products such as Cognacs and Liqueurs. We are also brand owners and many of our products are exclusive to C&O in the UK.
Can I split cases of wine?
Yes, in most cases except for mini bottles we can mix bottles of wine as long as the minimum order quantity is 12 bottles/9 litres of wine.
How do you make delivery?
For most deliveries in the North West region our own drivers will deliver to you directly in our own fleet of transit vans. For deliveries further afield, we use third party couriers and overnight carriers.
Will you help train my restaurant and bar staff?
Yes, your dedicated account manager will offer wine training to suit the specific needs of your venue and staff. We also offer more formal training and qualifications at our base in Greater Manchester where we are a Wine & Spirit Education Trust approved programme provider using our qualified educator.
How do I place my weekly order?
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. You can telephone your order in to us, please call our sales order desk on 0161 976 3696. We also operate an out of hours answering service so if you want to place your order at the end of service you can do so. Alternatively email your orders to firstname.lastname@example.org we can provide you with an easy to use personalised order form for your wine list.
What happens if I miss my delivery day?
We do have regular delivery days and routes, should you forget to place your order please contact us straight away and we would always do everything we can to make sure you do not run out of wine. We can also schedule in a call to you for your order each week to make sure we have your order in time.
