Description
Wine Description: This is a refreshing rosé with pale watermelon blush hue. Aromas of raspberry and red cherries. The palate is refreshing and lightly textured showcasing an array of ripe orchard fruits, which merges into a variety of fresh strawberries and damsons with a hint of cream.
Food Match: Drink on its own or pair with light dishes.
Winery Information: Founded in 1994 after the break up of the USSR, 40Km south of the capital Chisinau. The Sirbu family have invested heavily in their 500 hectare estate with a state of the art winery. Their vineyards surrounding the village of Puhoi are nestled in the rolling hills which benefit from the warm summers.
