Description
Wine Description: Complex lightly oaked white with lively notes of citrus, lime juice, flowers and hints of mint. Medium bodied with good length and texture.
Food Match: Fish especially stronger tasting fish, pork, smoked chicken, quiche.
Winery Information: In the 1920’s Raoul Raymond planted vines on the family farm. By 1978 they had set up Domaine Berthet Rayne. In 2003 granddaughter Laure and husband Martial Capeau joined the family winery, The Highly regarding award winning winery is highly rated by wine Guru Robert Parker.
