Wine Description: The nose opens with fresh and soft appeal followed by a delicious complex combination of aromas, soft spices and dried fruits .All brought together by a firm mineral backbone. The blend is made from more than 55 individual cru villages. Aged for a minimum of 5 years and kept in the cellar to rest for several months before shipping.

Winery Information: Founded in 1825 and based in Chalons – en Champagne, Joseph Perrier is still today a family run Champagne House, currently headed by Benjamin Fourmon, a descendent of Joseph Perrier himself. Amongst its “Claims to Fame” Joseph Perrier supplied champagne to Queen Victoria and Edward VII.
